Deel is seeking a Customer Operations Manager I for the EMEA region, located in Caserta, Campania. This role involves managing small spend accounts and building client relationships, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

The position requires a strong candidate with at least 2 years of client-facing experience and the ability to analyze data for actionable insights. As the face and voice of Deel, you will advocate for customers while collaborating with internal teams.

Competenze

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant, client-facing experience.
• Experience in fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Proven track record of achievement and ability to impact business outcomes.

Mansioni

• Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in your market segment.
• Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn.
• Build and nurture client relationships, uncovering pain points and growth opportunities.
