Job summary

Jobgether in Italy is seeking a Junior/Middle Email Marketing Manager to own transactional emails and automated campaigns across the customer journey. You will work across international markets, localize content, craft English copy, and build email templates for conversions.

You will run A/B tests, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with product teams to support growth and retention in a fast-growing digital platform.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional email marketing experience in a B2C digital product.
• Strong understanding of subscription models and the customer lifecycle.
• Experience with at least one ESP (Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid).
• Basic HTML email coding or familiarity with email builders (Stripo, BEE, MJML).
• Proficient in measuring campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions).

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and maintain transactional emails and automated flows.
• Drive growth in trial registrations and subscription conversions via email.
• Localize email communications for multiple international markets.
• Write engaging English email copy and develop email templates.
• Plan and run A/B tests; monitor performance and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with teams to align email campaigns with product growth.
