Qualifications

• 2+ years in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and GDN.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets ≥ $300,000.
• Experience optimizing web funnels and conversion performance.
• Strong grasp of CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, GDN, Demand Gen).
• Manage monthly budgets >$300k, ensuring profitability.
• Own acquisition performance and hit CPA/ROAS targets.
• Improve funnels and landing pages to boost conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to test creatives and optimize campaigns.
• Identify growth opportunities across campaigns and markets.
