Jobgether is partnering with an e-commerce marketing specialist to serve clients remotely from Italy. The role focuses on Klaviyo-driven email marketing and CRM, delivering high-impact campaigns, flows, and pop-ups while coordinating with designers and expanding to WhatsApp and print channels.

The ideal candidate combines Klaviyo hands-on experience with strong copywriting, analytics, and client‑success mindset, ready to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of intensive, hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
• Demonstrated experience independently building and managing campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups.
• Copywriting experience, with the ability to produce persuasive marketing content that drives conversions.
• Fluency in written and spoken German is essential.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Responsabilités

• Oversee email marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and contribute to clients’ growth objectives.
• Coordinate with the design team by preparing briefs and aligning creative deliverables with campaign objectives.
• Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy that engages audiences and supports sales performance.
• Build, configure, and manage email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo.
• Support marketing activities across additional channels, including WhatsApp and print mailings.
• Use modern AI tools to streamline workflows, reduce repetitive work, and improve efficiency.
• Maintain structured project management processes and ensure clear communication across ongoing projects.
• Take ownership of campaign execution and results, identifying opportunities to improve performance and deliver stronger outcomes for clients.
• Contribute to the sustainable growth and profitability of e-commerce brands through effective, data-informed email marketing.
