Jobgether is seeking a Middle/Senior Sales Manager based in Italy. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, across international markets, with remote flexibility and a strong network.

You will attend industry events and develop partnerships to drive revenue growth. The role emphasizes consultative selling, relationship building, and pipeline management within a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative and value-based selling.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities.
• Ability to define ICPs, qualify leads, and identify opportunities.
• Experience with outbound sales and personalized outreach.
• Strong pipeline management and commercial acumen.
• Proven negotiation and deal closing skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales activities from prospecting through deal closure and account development.
• Identify, research, and engage potential clients across channels.
• Attend industry conferences and events to generate opportunities (2–3 monthly).
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and decision processes.
• Prepare tailored proposals and communicate service value clearly.
• Lead negotiations and establish mutually beneficial agreements.
• Nurture client relationships for growth and retention.
• Maintain CRM records and provide accurate pipeline forecasts.
• Analyze performance data to improve sales processes and outreach.
