You will play an important part in increasing trial registrations, improving subscription conversions, and strengthening customer retention through targeted email strategies. Working across multiple international markets, you will contribute to email localization, content creation, campaign design, and performance optimization. You will also experiment with new approaches through A/B testing, competitor research, and data analysis. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your email marketing expertise while contributing directly to the success of a fast-growing digital product.

Accountabilities
  • Set up, manage, and maintain all transactional email communications, ensuring reliable delivery and a consistent customer experience.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize automated email marketing flows, including trial onboarding, subscription conversion, upselling, customer retention, and win-back campaigns.
  • Drive growth in the number of trial registrations generated through the email marketing channel.
  • Design, launch, and optimize email warm-up sequences to support effective campaign delivery and engagement.
  • Manage the end-to-end localization of email communications for different international markets, ensuring content is relevant to local audiences.
  • Write engaging and conversion-oriented email copy in English, prepare email layouts, and develop or code email templates.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate different email strategies, messaging, and creative approaches.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key email marketing metrics, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging email marketing practices to generate new ideas and improve channel performance.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure email campaigns support broader product growth and subscription objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of professional email marketing experience, preferably within a B2C digital product or technology company.
  • Good understanding of subscription-based business models and the customer lifecycle, including free trials, subscription conversions, retention, and upselling.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one email service provider (ESP), such as Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar platforms.
  • Basic HTML email coding skills or confident experience working with email-building tools such as Stripo, BEE, or MJML.
  • Understanding of essential email marketing performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, unsubscribe rates, and spam complaint rates.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher, with strong written communication skills and the ability to create engaging marketing content in English.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to monitor campaign results, interpret performance data, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Attention to detail and creativity when developing email content, layouts, and automated customer journeys.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic digital product environment.
  • Previous experience with subscription-based products is a strong advantage.
  • Experience localizing email campaigns for multiple languages and international markets is considered a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of email deliverability practices, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and domain warm-up processes, is beneficial.
  • Experience planning A/B tests and analyzing their results is an advantage.
  • Basic data analysis skills using Google Sheets, Amplitude, Looker Studio, or similar tools are desirable.
  • Familiarity with Figma and the ability to edit email layouts is an additional advantage.
Benefits
  • Flexible working hours, with the possibility of starting the workday anytime between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM Kyiv time.
  • Remote working opportunities.
  • 28 working days of paid annual vacation, in addition to public holidays.
