Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher, is seeking an Advanced Workflow Specialist – Electron Microscopy Sample Preparation (d/f/m) to support pre-sales and post-sales activities across the EMEA region. The role is remote with regular travel and based near Milan to serve regional customers.

You will deliver demonstrations, trainings, and workflow optimizations for EM sample preparation, collaborate with Sales, Product Management and R&D, and ensure accurate CRM documentation.

Competenze

• Advanced degree required in life sciences or related field.
• Experience with electron microscopy sample preparation workflows.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50% across EMEA.
• Proficiency in English; other European languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales application support with on-site and virtual demos.
• Plan and run workshops and training sessions on EM sample preparation workflows.
• Support marketing with scientific content for webinars and conferences.
• Develop reference workflows and success stories for the commercial team.
• Document activities in CRM (e.g., SFDC) accurately and timely.
