Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher's family, seeks an Advanced Workflow Specialist – Electron Microscopy Sample Preparation to support pre-sales and post-sales activities across the EMEA region. You will deliver expert demonstrations, trainings, and workflow optimization, bridging customers with Sales, PM, and R&D, while developing reference workflows and documentation in CRM systems.

The role is remote with 40–50% travel; based in the Milan area, requiring an MSc/PhD, EM experience, and

Competenze

Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Life Sciences, Materials Science, or a related scientific discipline.
Hands-on experience with electron microscopy sample preparation techniques (cryo-EM, CLEM, ultramicrotomy, coating, freeze-fracture).
Ability and willingness to travel frequently across the EMEA region.
Proficiency in English; German or other European languages are a plus.

Mansioni

Deliver pre-sales and post-sales application support with on-site and virtual demonstrations and trainings.
Plan and support customer workshops, seminars, and advanced sessions on EM sample prep workflows.
Contribute to marketing content, webinars, conferences, and reference workflows; document activities in CRM (SFDC).
