Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher's group, seeks an Advanced Workflow Specialist – Electron Microscopy Sample Preparation (d/f/m) to support pre-sales and post-sales activities across the EMEA region. The role is remote with 40–50% travel and preferred Milan base due to customer density and connectivity.

You will work as a technical bridge among customers, Sales, and R&D, delivering demonstrations, trainings, and workflow optimization while contributing to CRM documentation and reference

Competenze

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Life Sciences, Materials Science, or a related scientific discipline.
• Hands-on EM sample preparation experience (cryo-EM, CLEM, ultramicrotomy, coating, freeze-fracture).
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50% across the EMEA region.
• Proficiency in English; German is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales application support with on-site and virtual demonstrations.
• Plan, execute and support customer workshops, seminars, and advanced sessions.
• Contribute to marketing content via webinars, conferences, and application notes.
• Develop application data, success stories, and reference workflows for the commercial team.
• Document customer activities, demos, and trainings in CRM systems (e.g., SFDC).
