Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher, is looking for an Advanced Workflow Specialist – Electron Microscopy Sample Preparation to join our EMEA Business Development Team. You will deliver pre-sales and post-sales application support, run demonstrations, and drive workflow optimization for EM sample prep.

The role is remote with 40-50% travel across the EMEA region; based in the Milan area to service nearby customers.

Competenze

Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Life Sciences, Materials Science, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with electron microscopy (EM) sample preparation techniques.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently across the EMEA region.
Proficiency in English (technical and conversational); German is a plus.

Mansioni

Deliver pre-sales and post-sales application support, including on-site and virtual demonstrations, customer trainings, and workflow optimization.
Plan, execute, and support customer workshops, seminars, and advanced application sessions for EM sample prep workflows.
Support marketing initiatives through scientific content contributions for webinars, conferences, and promotional materials.
Develop and contribute to application data, success stories, and reference workflows for the commercial team.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer activities, demos, and trainings in CRM systems (SFDC).
