Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher's network, seeks an Advanced Workflow Specialist – Electron Microscopy Sample Preparation (d/f/m) to support pre-sales and post-sales activities across the EMEA region. The role is remote with 40–50% travel, preferably based in the Milan area due to customer concentration.

You will bridge customers with Sales, Business Development, and R&D, delivering demonstrations, trainings, and workflow optimization for EM sample prep.

Competenze

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Life Sciences, Materials Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience with electron microscopy sample prep (cryo-EM, CLEM, ultramicrotomy, coating, freeze-fracture).
• Willingness to travel 40–50% across the EMEA region; proficient in English; German an advantage.

Mansioni

• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales application support with on-site and virtual demos.
• Plan and deliver customer workshops and advanced application sessions for electron microscopy workflows.
• Contribute to scientific content for webinars, conferences, and promotional materials.
• Document activities in CRM (SFDC) accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, and R&D.
