Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher, seeks an Advanced Workflow Specialist – Electron Microscopy Sample Preparation (remote, 40–50% travel) to support pre-sales and post-sales activities across the EMEA region. Based in the Milan area, you will bridge customers with Sales, Product Management and R&D, advancing advanced workflows.

You will lead demos, trainings, and workshops, develop reference workflows, and ensure accurate CRM documentation, enabling growth and customer success.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in a life sciences or related field.
• Hands-on EM sample preparation experience (cryo-EM, CLEM, ultramicrotomy, coating).
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
• Proficiency in English; other European languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Deliver pre- and post-sales application support via on-site and virtual demos and trainings.
• Plan and run customer workshops and advanced EM workflow sessions.
• Contribute scientific content for webinars, conferences and marketing materials.
• Document activities and trainings in SFDC CRM system.
