Leica Microsystems in the Milan area is seeking an Advanced Workflow Specialist – Electron Microscopy Sample Preparation to support pre-sales and post-sales activities across the EMEA region. You will deliver on-site and virtual demonstrations, trainings, and workflow optimization, bridging customers with Sales, Product Management, and R&D, while traveling 40–50% within Europe.

This role is classified under CCNL Commercio with a base salary range of 49,000–63,000 EUR gross annually plus a bonus

Competenze

Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Life Sciences or related field.
Hands-on experience with electron microscopy sample preparation techniques (e.g., cryo-EM, CLEM, ultramicrotomy).
Ability and willingness to travel frequently across the EMEA region.

Mansioni

Deliver pre-sales and post-sales application support, including on-site and virtual demonstrations, trainings, and workflow optimization.
Plan, execute, and support customer workshops, seminars, and advanced application sessions focused on electron microscopy workflows.
Support marketing initiatives with scientific content for webinars, conferences, and promotional materials.
Develop and contribute to application data, success stories, and reference workflows for the commercial organization.
