Leica Microsystems in the Milan area seeks an Advanced Workflow Specialist for Electron Microscopy Sample Preparation. This remote role supports pre-sales and post-sales activities across the EMEA region, delivering expert demonstrations, trainings, and workflow optimization.

You will collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, and R&D to drive customer success, develop reference workflows, and contribute to marketing content for webinars and conferences.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or Materials Science.
• Hands-on EM sample preparation experience (cryo-EM, CLEM, ultramicrotomy).
• Willingness to travel 40–50% across the EMEA region.
• Proficiency in English; German or other European languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales demonstrations and trainings.
• Plan and support customer workshops and advanced sessions.
• Contribute to marketing content like webinars and conference materials.
• Develop reference workflows and success stories for the commercial team.
• Document activities and trainings in CRM systems (SFDC).
