Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Direct Account Manager to drive profitable growth in North West Italy. You will promote compressed air equipment, service agreements, digital solutions and energy efficiency projects, while acting as a trusted advisor to industrial customers.

The role emphasizes territory planning, cross-selling, and strong relationship management with key decision-makers. Travel within the assigned territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial B2B sales with a strong track record of business development and customer relationship management.
• Experience in the compressed air industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience selling capital equipment, industrial services or maintenance contracts is highly desirable.
• Solid commercial acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and convert opportunities into profitable business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives for Equipment, Service Agreements and Digital Solutions.
• Develop territory plans to maximize market penetration and customer acquisition.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned industries and territories.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling activities by leveraging the full Ingersoll Rand portfolio.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately manage opportunities through CRM tools.
