Jobgether is seeking a Data & Systems Specialist based in Italy to support data infrastructure, CRM administration, and automation across a globally distributed team.

You will work with Salesforce, Google Workspace, SQL, and API-based integrations to improve data quality and operational efficiency, while collaborating with the Data and Technology Lead and multiple global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field and hands-on experience in data management, analytics, CRM administration, and reporting.
• Experience with APIs and technologies such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, SQL, data visualization, automation and integration tools.
• Experience in multinational or international nonprofit environments is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Maintain data quality, reliability, and governance across organizational systems.
• Administer Salesforce and other CRM platforms, manage forms, workflows, and reports.
• Build and monitor integrations and automated workflows between platforms.
• Develop dashboards and ad hoc reports; translate data into actionable insights.
• Support AI-enabled workflows and stay informed on emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document technical processes.
