Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights across multiple SaaS products in Italy.

You will analyze acquisition, engagement, payments, revenue, and retention, collaborating with Data, Marketing, Product, Finance, and executives to drive growth. The role emphasizes AI-powered workflows and reusable analytics tools for scalable decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional Data Analyst/BI Analyst experience.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription-based models, or e-commerce.
• Experience analyzing customer, marketing, product, or payments data.
• Strong SQL skills: joins, segmentation, cohort analysis, window functions.
• Statistics foundation: performance comparisons and experimentation.
• AI-native mindset with hands-on AI tools and workflows.
• Ability to integrate AI into data exploration and reporting.
• Understanding SaaS metrics: CAC, ARPA, LTV, retention.
• Ability to merge data from multiple sources and ensure reliability.
• Familiarity with Stripe/Adyen and recurring-billing systems is a plus.
• Strong business curiosity, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in French; English at B2+ required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze acquisition channels, campaigns, and cohorts to evaluate CAC, conversion, revenue, and LTV.
• Identify profitable growth channels and provide actionable recommendations to Marketing and leadership.
• Examine the full customer journey from visit to retention.
• Investigate funnels, cohorts, interactions, retention, and churn to find friction points.
• Collaborate with Data Science to evaluate experiments and measure impact.
• Monitor payments performance, retries, and declines across PSPs and regions.
• Analyze revenue and risk indicators, including disputes and fraud signals.
• Work with Payment teams to improve processes and evaluate initiatives.
• Translate business questions into reliable, structured analyses.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Present findings with clear, prioritized recommendations.
• Develop reusable analysis tools and workflows for self-service insights.
• Integrate AI-powered assistants into daily analytics workflows.
