Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Senior HR Operations Lead based in Italy to design scalable HR processes and transform workforce data into actionable insights. This senior individual contributor will optimize the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

You will collaborate with HR partners and leadership, manage external vendors, and strengthen operations across multiple countries in a fully distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Senior HR operations leadership with end-to-end ownership of HR ops domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop the HR operating model and continuously improve infrastructure.
• Optimize HR processes across onboarding, performance, development and offboarding.
• Turn workforce data into actionable insights for leadership and partners.
• Design and manage the annual HR calendar to support priorities.
• Own HR technology and vendor relationships including EOR providers.
• Support international workforce operations across multiple countries.
• Embed compliance into HR processes with minimal friction.
• Collaborate with HR partners and leaders to align decisions with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement of workflows and service delivery.
• Enable scalable HR systems as the business grows internationally.
