Job summary

WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Channel Account Manager to promote and sell its security portfolio within a defined geographic territory. The CAM will support partner networks, quote, train, generate leads, and forecast activity in collaboration with the Country Manager and Sales Engineer.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in direct/indirect sales in security, and fluency in Italian and English. The role requires remote work within the assigned territory, a strong track record of quota

Qualifications

• Experience in two-tier/channel sales ecosystem.
• Preference for experience in network/cyber security.
• Proven track record with national partner accounts and major accounts.
• Consistent plan development and quota attainment.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to self-manage and work remotely.
• Must be located in assigned territory.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Native Italian and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Strive towards quota attainment, retention, and growth of active partners.
• Maintain regular contact with partners to ensure satisfaction and success.
• Partner with Sales Engineer to generate new business and develop current customers through the partner network.
• Support partners on WatchGuard methodologies, training, events, and lead generation.
• Create and perform sales presentations to match WatchGuard with audience needs.
• Provide ongoing relationship management and training for partners.
• Grow WatchGuard One Certifications in the territory.
• Be knowledgeable of all WatchGuard products, services and internal sales tools.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
