INFLUX INC. is seeking detail-oriented individuals for a fully remote customer service role. You will communicate with customers through phone and video calls, solving their queries while achieving key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and be available to work weekends. The company offers a flexible work-from-home arrangement along with performance incentives, promoting growth in a dynamic environment.

• Answer customer questions over the phone and communicate clearly in writing.
• Diagnose and solve customers’ problems via phone, email, and chat.
• Achieve KPIs for Call Handling, Email, Chat, CSAT & QA.
