Four Corners, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market, on behalf of an important international fast fashion company, is looking for:

Regional Retail Manager – Central and Southern Italy

Reporting to the OPS Manager, the Regional Manager will be responsible for the management and development of the assigned Region, leading a team of Area Managers and ensuring the achievement of sales, efficiency and operational excellence targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • implement the company global strategy and define the regional strategy, ensuring full alignment;
  • lead, coach and develop a team of up to 9 Area Managers, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management and professional growth;
  • regularly monitor regional KPIs, turnover, costs and losses, supporting Area Managers in identifying and executing corrective actions;
  • ensure excellent customer service standards and full compliance with company processes and policies across all stores in the Region;
  • identify training needs and organize coaching, on-the-job and classroom training activities;
  • regularly visit stores to assess business performance, set priorities and define action plans;
  • ensure full legal compliance within the Region, including Health & Safety and consumer rights;
  • actively collaborate with Head Office functions and participate in development projects and change programs, providing structured feedback;
  • promote and act in line with company values.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in management roles, retail experience is a strong advantage;
  • strong leadership and people development skills;
  • solid commercial acumen and knowledge of the local retail market;
  • excellent analytical, organizational and decision-making skills;
  • fluency in English;
  • availability to travel regularly within the country.
