• Provide PMO support to regional and local projects, maintaining plans and governance docs.
• Coordinate bottleneck management between countries, Supply Chain, and Region.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and CRM.
• Support data-driven decision making across commercial teams.
