Job summary

Celltrion Group is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Excellence Specialist in Milan, Italy. You will manage CRM usage, analyze diverse data sources, and develop forecasts to support sales targets across multiple regions.

The role requires a strong analytic mindset and collaboration with Sales and Marketing for GTM initiatives. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field, with 1–2 years in Commercial Excellence or analytics, and fluency in Italian with good English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Management Engineering or related field.
• Fluent Italian and good written/spoken English.
• 1–2 years in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations or analytics.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare, multinational preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CRM tool, supporting its full implementation across the organization.
• Collect, analyze and cross-reference data sources to identify healthcare stakeholders and market opportunities.
• Develop product- and region-level sales forecasts to support target-setting activities.
• Suggest initiatives to support sales development while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Support go-to-market, marketing, public affairs and patient advocacy projects as lead or support.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute GTM activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
