Celltrion is seeking a Commercial Excellence Specialist to lead data analysis, sales analytics, and CRM initiatives in Milan. The role supports forecasting, market insights and GTM actions within a multinational biopharma environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive market access projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and document field activities while developing professionally in a fast-evolving industry.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Management Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and experience with data analysis.
• Fluent Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in data analysis and project management.
• 1–2 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Analytics or consulting.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare industry, preferably within a multinational environment.

Mansioni

• Manage the CRM tool, supporting its full implementation and adoption across the organization and becoming the company reference point for CRM-related activities.
• Collect, analyze and cross-reference multiple internal and external data sources to identify healthcare stakeholders, accounts and market opportunities, providing recommendations for strategic actions.
• Collect, analyze and cross-reference multiple internal and external data sources to develop product- and region-level sales forecasts and support target-setting activities.
• Leverage knowledge of the local market environment to suggest initiatives and projects supporting sales development, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and healthcare system sustainability principles.
• Support the implementation of commercial, market access, marketing, public affairs and patient advocacy projects, acting either as project lead or supporting function, in alignment with the Commercial Lead and relevant functions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to successfully implement and manage Go-To-Market activities related to commercial execution.
• Ensure that all strategies, tactics and activities comply with applicable internal policies, external regulations and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local rules and regulations, in alignment with relevant legislation and the Celltrion Code of Conduct.
• Accurately document field activities, including meetings with relevant stakeholders, distribution of approved materials and related expenses, in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
