CelltrionHealthcare in Milan seeks a Commercial Excellence Specialist to drive data-driven sales support, forecasting and CRM optimization.

You will analyze market opportunities, support GTM initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Life Sciences/Economics/Management Engineering and 1–2 years in Commercial Excellence or Sales Ops, with fluent Italian and good English.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Management Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Analytics or consulting.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage the CRM tool implementation and adoption across the organization.
• Collect, analyze and cross-reference multiple data sources to identify healthcare stakeholders, accounts and market opportunities.
• Develop product- and region-level sales forecasts and support target-setting activities.
• Support Go-To-Market initiatives and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Accurately document field activities and related expenses in accordance with company policies.
