Celltrion Group in Milan, Italy is seeking a Commercial Excellence Specialist to drive data-driven insights, CRM optimization and sales forecasting across the Italian market.

The role focuses on supporting go-to-market activities, coordinating with Sales, Marketing and other functions in a multinational environment. Fluency in Italian and English, and a Master’s degree in a related field, are required.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Management Engineering or related field.
• Experience with data analysis and project management in a commercial setting.
• 1–2 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations or analytics.

Mansioni

• Manage the CRM tool, supporting its full implementation and adoption across the organization.
• Collect, analyze and cross-reference multiple data sources to identify healthcare stakeholders, accounts and market opportunities, providing recommendations for actions.
• Develop product- and region-level sales forecasts and support target-setting activities.
• Suggest initiatives to support sales development in compliance with laws and sustainability principles.
• Support implementation of commercial, market access, marketing, public affairs and patient advocacy projects.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to implement Go-To-Market activities for commercial execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations and industry standards.
• Document field activities, meetings, materials distribution and expenses per policy.
