Henkel is hiring a Junior System Engineer to maintain and optimize the local IT infrastructure across Italy. You will work in a dynamic international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and developing technical expertise while supporting critical business operations.

The role emphasizes reliability, security, and performance of IT systems, with opportunities to contribute to rollout activities and ensure compliance with corporate policies. A hybrid work setup is available.

Competenze

3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, ICT Engineering, or related fields.
Knowledge of ITIL Processes and MS Office.
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

Operational responsibilities for the server and network local infrastructure running in Italy.
Support the infrastructure in the plants, identifying and resolving failures in local IT/OT infrastructure.
Manage changes of local infrastructure in collaboration with Global/Regional IT to ensure service excellence.
Carries out roll-out activities for new standard operations, setup, analysis, implementation, operation, and decommissioning.
Implements and ensures local compliance and security with corporate policies.
