Job summary

Sungrow Europe seeks a commercially driven Distribution Manager to grow PV and energy storage business across Italy and the Balkan markets. You will develop regional go-to-market plans, build strong distributor networks, and drive revenue growth with focused channel actions.

The role requires five+ years in distribution/sales, experience in renewables, and fluency in Italian and English; travel up to 80% is expected. This is a high-visibility, international position within Sungrow's Europe team.

Qualifications

• At least five years in distribution sales, channel sales, or key account management.
• Experience in renewables, PV, ESS, or related technical industry.
• Proven ability to develop distributor networks and drive business growth.
• Strong commercial judgement in pricing, promotions, and profitability.
• Data-driven decisions using CRM and reporting.
• Fluent in Italian and English; Balkan language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional distribution and go-to-market strategies for Italy and the Balkans.
• Build and manage partnerships with distributors, installers, and key accounts.
• Identify and onboard new partners through joint business plans.
• Drive revenue, market share, profitability, and channel performance.
• Shape pricing, rebates, promotions, and incentive programs.
• Monitor market trends, forecasts, and partner performance.
