Delivery Project Manager - Milan at Sungrow Europe

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager to coordinate the execution of PV/ESS projects in Italy, ensuring that supply, logistics, testing, and commissioning activities run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination of internal resources and external partners/vendors for the execution of PV/ESS projects.
• Manage the entire project life cycle from supply chain to commissioning.
• Assist in ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Help develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and update project plans together with the senior team.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including handover certification.
• Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, third parties/vendors, and Sungrow teams.

Qualifications

• Educational background in engineering, management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, or the renewable sector (internship, thesis, or junior role also considered).
• Good technical curiosity and willingness to learn about the renewable energy market.
• Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Fluent in English; Italian mandatory (Spanish or Chinese are a plus).
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
