Sungrow Europe is seeking an ESS Technical Sales Manager to lead Italy sales for energy storage solutions across large utility, commercial, and industrial segments. You will develop pipelines, present technical solutions, and coordinate with engineering and product teams.

Fluent Italian and English, 3+ years in technical sales in energy storage, and willingness to travel across Italy are required. This role offers a challenging, growth-oriented environment within a global renewable energy leader.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of technical sales or business development in energy storage, renewables, or power electronics.
• Strong knowledge of BESS architectures, components and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong network in the Italian energy market (developers, EPCs, utilities, and C&I clients).
• Willingness to travel across Italy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute the sales strategy for ESS solutions across Italy for large-scale utility, commercial, and industrial segments.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline from lead generation to contract closing.
• Serve as technical and commercial contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to articulate value of Sungrow ESS products.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management and delivery teams for optimal solution design and execution.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to adapt sales strategies.
• Aim to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand Sungrow's market share in Italy.
