Job summary

Sungrow Smart Module in Lombardia, Italy seeks an experienced PV Module Sales Manager to lead our solar module business across assigned regional markets, building a strong local network and delivering growth.

You will drive regional sales strategy, manage distributor relationships, ensure compliance with local regulations, and coordinate with logistics and product teams to optimize orders and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in PV or new energy sales with mature channel and installer networks.
• Knowledge of local PV policies and regulations in responsible regional markets is essential.
• Preference for experience in overseas PV regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional sales plan for PV modules and achieve annual targets.
• Lead the contract lifecycle, including negotiation, signing, and execution follow-up.
• Develop regional distributors and manage sales channel network.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and customer service to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
