Flibco.com is seeking a dynamic Business Developer to drive expansion across its assigned territory in Italy. You will identify opportunities in the passenger transport sector, build long-term partnerships and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in BD or Sales, is fluent in Italian and English, and is willing to travel frequently within the territory to develop the network and maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Business Development or Sales roles.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Wamiliarity with mobility, transportation, or airport environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Market analysis and scouting within assigned geographic area.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with airports, operators and transport companies.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals and tender responses.
• Evaluate partner performance and identify improvements; share market feedback with product/marketing teams.
• Monitor performance and track KPIs.
