Job summary

Accorhotel in Rome, Italy is seeking a Reception Agent. You will greet guests, check-in and assist with requests to ensure a memorable stay. You will promote hotel facilities and upsell services to enhance guest experience.

Your profile includes a service-oriented mindset, prior hospitality experience, fluency in English, and familiarity with Opera PMS. Additional languages are a plus, and growth within the Accor network is encouraged.

Reception Agent

First impressions are everything! As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
