It manufactures and distributes fabric and home care cleaning products under the Ace and Neoblanc brands in 37 countries across Western, Central, and Eastern Europe. In Italy, since the 1960s, it has expanded the market for personal absorbent products, and today it manufactures and sells Pampers, Lines, Lines Specialist, and Tampax branded products for the Italian market. The challenge
To strengthen our Personal Care Research & Development team, we are seeking an experienced Product Development Specialist with a proven background in personal care product innovation. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years’ experience in cosmetic or dermocosmetic R&D (deodorants strongly preferred), a strong passion for innovation, excellent teamwork skills, and a keen interest in leveraging digital tools and Artificial Intelligence in research.
