Siemens Energy is seeking a Quality & EHS Manager for the Tribogna Service Center to ensure safe, compliant repair operations across the Europe & Africa Repairs organization. You will partner with operational teams, customers, and leadership to maintain robust Quality and EHS standards and drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience leading Quality Management and EHS initiatives in manufacturing or repair environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and related audits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, maintain, and improve the local QMS in line with ISO 9001 and corporate standards.
• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and manage non-conformities with root-cause analysis and CAPA.
• Oversee QA activities for compression repair services to meet top quality before delivery.
• Drive compliance with Italian EHS laws (D.Lgs. 81/08) and ISO 14001/ISO 45001.
• Perform risk assessments and develop procedures for a proactive safety culture.
• Investigate EHS incidents, implement corrective actions, monitor safety KPIs.
• Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits with audit readiness.
• Report quality and safety performance to local management and regional stakeholders.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize operations and reduce waste.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
