Hitachi Energy Italy S.P.A. in Rome, Italy, is seeking an Audit and Process Quality Manager to lead the QMS and audit programs across Hitachi Energy, Grid Automation Europe.

The role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining high standards across all operational processes with a remote European team collaboration. You will develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 compliant processes, plan audits, lead cross-functional teams, and monitor KPIs.

Qualificações

• Experience in quality management and auditing within manufacturing.
• Proven implementation of ISO 9001 QMS.
• Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS per standards.
• Plan, execute internal and external audits.
• Identify improvement areas from findings and drive corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in process optimization using lean/Six Sigma.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs to senior management.
• Manage documentation and training on quality tools.
