ALSTOM in Sesto San Giovanni, Lombardy, Italy, is seeking a Site EHS Manager to lead environmental, health and safety initiatives on site. This full-time, on-site role offers scope for growth within a global mobility solutions company.

You will develop and deploy the local EHS management system, ensure ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 alignment, monitor risk controls, and coach site teams to achieve EHS targets while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of professional EHS experience.
• Approximately 3 years in Environment, Health & Safety.
• Experience in manufacturing sites or regional centers.
• Strong knowledge of local Italian EHS regulations.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Mansioni

• Support Site Management in achieving EHS results and implement policy.
• Prepare local yearly EHS plan aligned with company strategy.
• Develop and maintain EHS management system.
• Monitor risk assessments and implement controls.
• Lead training and inductions; coordinate with partners.
• Ensure subcontractor activities comply with EHS standards.
• Stop high-risk activities and drive continuous improvement.
