Thales is looking for a QHSE Specialist located in Monza, Italy, to manage Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities and ensure compliance with quality regulations. The specialist will improve HSE management systems and promote a safety culture across the organization.

Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of relevant ISO standards and risk assessment methodologies is essential.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in a QHSE, HSE or Quality role within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations.
• Proven experience with ISO certifications.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate HSE activities across the organization.
• Define and improve the HSE Management System in compliance with ISO standards.
• Ensure compliance with national and local HSE laws.
