Kellanova Europe is seeking a Field Sales Representative for Puglia Nord (Bari) to drive Kellogg brand performance and optimize in-store execution.

You will manage weekly visit schedules, define POS coverage, analyze market trends, and collaborate with the RAM/NAM to coordinate banners and interventions. Fluent Italian and English are required; a university degree in economics or related field is preferred. This 12-month assignment offers a dynamic, brand-focused environment.

Qualifications

University degree required, preferably economics or similar.
Fluent in Italian; English proficiency required.
Strong knowledge of Kellogg brands and product lines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

Maximize Kellogg Brands sales and achieve qualitative objectives in POS, ensuring an excellent execution of the Trade Marketing 4 Ps.
Define their POS panel and their effective coverage (weekly visit schedule).
Periodically analyse and share views with their manager to identify short- and medium-term actions.
Monitor the market and competitors’ evolution in their territory.
Continuously supply reports and recommendations re interventions.
Collaborate with RAM/NAM in managing the assigned banners responsibility providing recommendations through coordination of other FSR.
Promote Kellogg image in the market and provide recommendations to anticipate market and trade changes.
