A leading healthcare solutions provider in Milano is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and closure of projects. This role focuses on implementing automated solutions within Italy, particularly for robotic warehouses. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience, excellent communication skills in Italian and English, and a relevant Bachelor's degree. A competitive salary in the range of €32,600 to €52,175 EUR per annum is offered for this role, which requires frequent in-office presence.

BD Rowa Italy Srl is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role is critical in driving the implementation of our automated solutions within the Italian market, focusing on the development of robotic warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long‑term goals.
• Report and elevate to management as needed, providing regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations and identify lessons learned to improve future project management processes.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of BD Rowa's products and services to effectively guide project implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare, automation, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven working experience in project management, demonstrating successful delivery of complex projects.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies is a plus.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi‑tasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a significant advantage.
• Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Location & Working Arrangements

Primary work location: ITA Milano – Via Enrico Cialdini. The role requires a minimum of 4 days of in‑office presence per week. Remote or field‑based positions will have different workplace arrangements indicated in the posting.

Compensation

Salary range: €32,600.00 – €52,175.00 EUR annual.
