As Product Support, the candidate will handle requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, and collaborate with other departments to resolve problems. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for documenting solutions, training users on new technologies and updates, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
