A leading energy solution provider in Bologna is looking for an Associate to design solutions for PV inverters and energy storage systems. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in power electronics or a related field, along with at least a year of experience in pre-sales or solutions. Proficiency in English and Italian is required, with Chinese as a bonus. This full-time role involves providing technical training and engaging with customers, set in a rapidly developing renewable energy environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or similar.
• 1+ years of pre-sales or solution experience, familiar with PV/ESS/Battery.
• Proficient in English and Italian; Chinese is a plus.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel.

Mansioni

Job Description

• Designing solutions for PV inverters and energy storage system (Residential, Commercial) for customers.
• Provide product demonstration and technical training to customers.
• Collect information of customer, competitors and industry, and participate in product updates.
• Apply for product qualifications, design product manuals and other materials.
• Other work assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred.
• At least 1 year of pre‑sales or solution experience, familiar with PV/ESS/Battery. Familiar with PV energy storage systems, lithium battery, UPS.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian, proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
• Valid driving license and Business travels are required.
