KSTAR Smart Energy in Bologna, Italy, seeks a regional sales leader to drive growth for Residential ESS, C&I ESS, and EV Chargers.

Lead local distribution, build strong distributor networks, and coordinate sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve ambitious targets in the Italian market.

Qualifications

• 8 years of sales or business development experience in the Italian market.
• 3 years of team management experience.
• Experience with distributor, installer or EPC management.
• Fluent in Italian and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills; Electrical Engineering background is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute local sales strategies for Residential ESS, C&I ESS, and EV Chargers to achieve regional sales and market share targets.
• Develop and manage local distribution channels, build strong relationships with key distributors, and continuously expand and optimize the distribution network.
• Build, lead, and manage the local team, coordinating sales, marketing and technical to support business growth and improve team performance.
• Manage overall sales performance, including revenue, profitability, sales pipeline, forecasting, and cost effectiveness, ensuring the achievement of annual business targets.
• Other tasks assigned by leaders.

Job Description

3. Experience in distributor, installer, or EPC management.
4. Fluent in Italian and English; Chinese is a plus.
5. Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills; background in Electrical Engineering is a plus.
