Ingram Micro is seeking a Presales professional to join the Dell Technologies Dell Infrastructure team in Milano. You will work with partners and internal sales to design and position value-added solutions, focusing on servers and networking.

This role emphasizes cross-sell opportunities, solution architectures, and close collaboration with vendors and customers. Fluency in English is required, and previous presales or technical consulting experience is highly valued.

Competenze

• Experience in Presales, Solution Architect, Systems Engineer, or Technical Consultant roles.
• Strong Dell Server and Networking expertise.
• Dell Technologies certifications preferred.
• Understanding of datacenter, infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise networking.
• Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• English fluency.

Mansioni

• Provide technical presales support for Dell Technologies solutions, with a focus on Server and Networking.
• Design, size, and position infrastructure solutions based on customer and partner requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, demos, and solution recommendations.
• Support sales teams in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Promote cross-sell and attach opportunities across Dell's infrastructure portfolio.
• Work closely with Dell Technologies and partners to develop solution-led opportunities.
• Support the creation of proposals, BOMs, technical documentation, and solution architectures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dell technologies, certifications, and market trends.
