Ingram Micro is seeking a Business Unit Manager for the Dell Technologies unit in Italy. You will define growth strategy, own P&L performance, and lead cross-functional teams to accelerate market expansion and partner success.

The role requires strong commercial leadership, vendor management, and deep IT channel knowledge, with English fluency. The position reports to the Dell Technologies unit and offers strategic leadership within a global distributor.

Competenze

Significant experience in Business Unit Management, Vendor Management, Sales Leadership, Channel Management, or Business Development within the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of the IT distribution and channel ecosystem.
Experience with Dell Technologies or similar infrastructure vendors is highly preferred.

Mansioni

Define and execute the Dell Technologies business strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
Own and manage the Business Unit P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, investment planning, and performance tracking.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Dell Technologies stakeholders to drive joint business initiatives.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans with Sales, Marketing, Presales, Finance, and Operations teams.
Identify new business opportunities, growth areas, and market trends to expand Dell's footprint in Italy.
Lead partner development initiatives, enabling resellers and system integrators to grow their Dell business.
