Ingram Micro Italy is seeking a Business Unit Manager for the Dell Technologies unit to define and execute the growth strategy, own P&L, and strengthen the Dell partnership.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Presales, Finance and Operations, drive go-to-market plans, and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance to deliver revenue growth and market expansion.

Competenze

• Significant experience in Business Unit Management, Vendor Management, Sales Leadership, Channel Management, or Business Development within the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of the IT distribution and channel ecosystem.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, profitability improvement, and business expansion.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and commercial negotiations.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the Dell Technologies business strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Own and manage the BU P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, investment planning, and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Dell Technologies stakeholders to drive joint initiatives.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans with Sales, Marketing, Presales, Finance, and Operations.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand Dell's footprint in the Italian channel ecosystem.
• Lead partner development to grow Dell business through Ingram Micro.
• Drive business reviews, pipeline management, forecasting activities, and performance analysis.
• Manage vendor-funded programs, rebates, incentives, and marketing investments.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Dell BU team and cultivate a high-performance culture.
• Act as the primary point of contact and business owner for Dell Technologies within Ingram Micro Italy.
