Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Presales professional focused on Dell Technologies infrastructure solutions. You will support partners and internal sales in designing and delivering value-added server and networking architectures.

Ideal candidates have presales or architect experience, strong technical knowledge of Dell Server/Networking, and excellent communication skills. Dell certifications are highly regarded; English fluency is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting in IT.
• Strong technical expertise in Dell Server and Networking solutions.
• Dell Technologies certifications preferred.
• Good understanding of data center, virtualization, and enterprise networking environments.
• Ability to identify cross-sell and attach opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales support for Dell Technologies solutions, with a focus on Server and Networking.
• Design, size, and position infrastructure solutions based on customer and partner requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, demos, and solution recommendations.
• Support sales teams in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Promote cross-sell and attach opportunities across Dell’s infrastructure portfolio.
• Work closely with Dell Technologies and partners to develop solution-led opportunities.
• Assist partners throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to solution positioning.
