Mediterra DataCenters is seeking a seasoned Pre‑Sales Engineer to translate customer needs into robust colocation designs. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and cross‑functional teams to ensure feasible, competitive solutions aligned with platform standards.

The role requires 5–8 years in technical pre‑sales related to datacenters, strong English/Spanish/Italian skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field; advanced qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in technical pre‑sales, sales engineering, or solutions engineering in colocation datacenters, telecom, cloud or digital infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish and Italian; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to design and use AutoCAD and interpret customer requirements across electrical, mechanical and infrastructure domains.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the technical authority for colocation solutions, ensuring designs align with site standards and platform strategy.
• Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and lead technical discovery with customers.
• Prepare solution designs (rack layouts, power configurations, cooling approaches, space utilisation).
• Produce technical content for bids, tenders, and proposals, ensuring clarity, competitiveness, and feasibility.
• Support governance, risk, and compliance through proper documentation and handover to delivery.
