Aufinity is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Italy to anchor strategic relationships and manage end-to-end software deployments in the FinTech/ automotive SaaS space.

You will lead executive stakeholder engagements, drive complex projects, and ensure seamless adoption while expanding value across major Italian dealer groups. The role requires Italian fluency, business English, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of digital multi-project management with complex software implementations.
• Executive presence to manage, navigate, and negotiate with C-level stakeholders.
• Advanced FinTech or digital payments experience, preferably in automotive SaaS.
• Structured approach to orchestrating multiple enterprise projects under pressure.
• Native or bilingual Italian with business English and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management: act as the primary liaison for Italian customers at executive level.
• Project management: drive end-to-end implementation from kickoff to rollout.
• Risk mitigation: identify onboarding bottlenecks and resolve cross-functionally.
• Training leadership: run remote and on-site education sessions for adoption.
• Account expansion: upsell features by demonstrating long-term strategic value.
• Product alignment: translate customer feedback into actionable requirements.
