Rebag in Modena, Italy, seeks an early-career People Operations Associate to support recruiting and HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will coordinate postings, onboarding, employee records, HR systems (Rippling/Greenhouse), payroll queries, training, reporting and offboarding under the Director of Talent and HR.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of HR, recruiting, People Operations, or related experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, references, background checks, and offers.
• Support onboarding, I-9 completion, employee changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (Rippling, Greenhouse).
• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, benefits, reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Respond to routine employee and manager questions.
• Support performance-management and employee-relations documentation.
• Coordinate training and other People programs.
• Help improve and document HR processes.
